Shipping policy

Turnaround Times:
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Expected shipping times on custom ordered will be discussed prior to order placement and purchase. Pre- order sales will state an estimated arrival date on the listing, but please be aware that these may vary.

Postage:
All orders are shipped with Australia post. According to Auspost guidelines a standard package can take between 2-9 business days and Express 2-4 business days. These can also vary depending on your location, public holidays and peak postage times such as Christmas. Courier packages can be sent to non PO Box addresses but contact will be required before purchase to arrange. The Lazy Cowgirl accepts no responsibility for lost/stolen packages. However we will do our best to help recover them. All items leaving TLC will be tracked to ensure they get to you safely!
